Dave is a master at directing talent, sizing up the shot. With kids, there is no match for his patience and vision. He graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1983 with a degree in Mass Communication, and after obtaining a key internship with CNN, Dave’s career path lead toward filmmaking. Atomic Films, which began in 1987, has won several local and national awards including the National ADDY Awards in 2011 and 2012. Dave received the Chattanooga Advertising Federation Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011.

Growing up with an affinity for all things film and filmmaking, Ryan new exactly what he wanted to do with his life. He began writing, filming and editing at a young age and developed his skills through trial and error. However, it was at the university of Tennessee at Chattanooga where Ryan truly expanded his knowledge and love for the medium. Since his 2015 graduation with a Integrated Studies degree with focus in media, communication, and business, Ryan has written, directed, and edited numerous films that have opened in festivals throughout the country.
